What Is the Digital Privacy Checklist?
This free checklist reviews your everyday digital privacy habits across contact details, old accounts, public information, and photos — the areas that most commonly contribute to online exposure. It's a self-assessment, not a scanner. It does not search any databases or the internet.
The checklist takes about two minutes and gives you a privacy risk score out of 100, along with your biggest exposure areas and practical next steps.
How Is the Score Calculated?
Each of the 10 questions targets a specific exposure dimension — contact information exposure, old accounts, public information, and how often you review your own privacy. Answers are weighted by how much they typically contribute to exposure, and combined into a score between 0 and 100, mapped to five risk levels from Low to Very High. The scoring logic is transparent and deterministic — the same answers always produce the same score.
